What to Expect:

We will explore effective strategies for managing uncomfortable emotions and ways to enhance your connection to how you feel. 

This workshop will include 3 sessions all focused on how we can face uncomfortable feelings, ways to enhance your connection to how you feel in your body, and how you can use this awareness as you continue to transform your relationship with alcohol. 

Some goals of this workshop are:

  • For you to take away solid tips that can be used in dealing with yucky feelings and stressful events 

  • Help you feel more confident about being in control of feelings and emotions in daily life

  • Share with you some ideas on how to be more connected with your body so that you are aware of what is happening inside before emotions get out control

  • Make connections, share experiences, and support each other in staying mindful about our choices around drinking

This section is brought to you by Sober Curator Lisa Lawson, a passionate Sober Certified Aromatherapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to quit drinking. Having relied on alcohol as a coping mechanism for years, she realized that life is meant to be fully experienced rather than simply endured.
