Rebecca Rush is a writer and comedian from New London, CT. She hosts Vulnerability: A Comedy Show at The Hollywood Improv and is a regular contributor to the Workit Health blog. Her writing has appeared in numerous publications including Fodor’s Travel, Miami New Times, The Dyrt, and The Temper. She is a regular contributor to The Fix. Loz McQ is a London based Scottish musician, writer, and general lunatic. She has been running Brutal Recovery for over two years now, where she shares about the curious contradictions and lighter side of the life-or-death matter of recovery. She has been in recovery from eating disorders, PTSD and depression for over fifteen years, and has been sober since 6th of March 2018.
