Oksoberfest Lincoln Park Zoo – September 17th

Willkommen zum Oksoberfest! Lincoln Park Zoo and Chicago AF are thrilled to host the all-new alcohol-free and adults-only version of Germany’s classic celebration, Oktoberfest!

Visit tents and sample non-alcoholic beers and craft cocktails. Snack on brats and pretzels with mustard flights. Dance with hundreds of new friends to the fun polka sounds of a live Polka band. Snag a spot at a traditional communal-style Oktoberfest table and relax or explore the zoo’s animal habitats without all the crowds! Come for the mocktails, stay for the community.

Ticket information

This inaugural event is for anyone 21 years or older. It’s an exciting night at the zoo, like any other—just without the booze. Whether you are sober, sober curious, not drinking for any reason, or would just like to socialize for a night without alcohol around, come on out and join the party!

Your ticket includes:

  • After-hours access to the zoo, featuring animal viewing without the kids and crowds

  • Unlimited samples of non-alcoholic or alcohol-removed craft beer or wine, along with zero-proof cocktails from local and national NA brands

  • Free rides on the AT&T Endangered Species Carousel

  • Live polka music from The Dirndolls

  • Lawn games and other entertainment

  • Special menu featuring wurst, pretzels with mustard, and other German treats available for purchase

  • *Subject to availability. All samples available at the event contain 0-0.5% ABV. There will be no alcohol available for purchase at the zoo during Oksoberfest.
