Cork Hill Sorrel Family Recipe Pineapple Hibiscus Tea Non-Alcoholic Margarita

Cork Hill Sorrel is a small family-owned business that produces three flavors of Caribbean Hibiscus Tea. Traditionally, Sorrel is enjoyed during the holidays. However, they are ready to change that. Inspired by their treasured family recipe using simple, wholesome ingredients, Cork Hill Sorrel has created drinks you can celebrate every day with.

Non-Alcoholic Cork Hill Margarita Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Tequila alternative of choice (shown here is The Spirit of Tequila by Free Spirits)

  • 3/4 oz. Triple sec alternative (shown here is Sexy AF Triple Sexy)

  • 1/4 oz. lime juice (fresh juice is worth the squeeze!)

  • 1 oz. Cork hill Sorrel (Your choice of Original, Pineapple Blend, or Unsweetened)

Directions:

  • Put lots of ice and all ingredients into a shaker

  • Shake hard for about 30 seconds to chill the liquid well

  • Run a lime wedge around the outside rim of the glass

  • Roll the rim in salt and strain the shaker into a chill glass with ice

  • Love ice? We’ve invested in the Cuisinart Shaved Ice Machine because we’re all about a sober slushy!

  • Enjoy!

Beach Day

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 Cup Frozen Mango chunks

  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Guava (or make ice cubes from Guava nectar)

  • 1/2 Medium Banana

  • 1 small piece of Ginger

  • Cream of Coconut (optional)

Directions:

  • 2 Cup Cork Hill Sorrel Pineapple Blend

  • 1/2 Cup Ice Cubes

  • 2 oz. NA Coconut Rum (Example Beckett’s)

  • Combine all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth

  • Adjust with more Sorrel to get desired consistency

  • Swirl Cream of Coconut into the bottom of a tall glass (optional)

  • Pour the mixture into a glass

  • Enjoy!

Tropical Splash

Ingredients:

  • 3 Kiwis

  • 5 oz. Unsweetened Lemonade

  • 3. oz. Unsweetened Sorrel

Directions:

  • In the bottom of a tall glass muddle 2 kiwis (slice and scoop out Kiwi pulp)

  • Fill the glass with ice cubes (use lemonade and kiwi slices for fun ice cubes)

  • Pour in unsweetened lemonade and then unsweetened Sorrel

  • Garnish with Kiwi slices from the remaining kiwi

  • Enjoy!
