Trying out new craft projects has been one way to pass time in 2020 and we are here for it! Art therapy improves the mental health of people who are dealing with addictions, anxiety, attention disorders, grief and loss, dementia, depression, eating disorders, physical illness, PTSD, trauma, relationship issues and much more. We learned that we like to keep our hands busy and our creative minds stimulated.
