Meet The People Behind Sobriety Cards, Makers Of Irreverent Greeting Cards & Gifts For People In Recovery From Addiction

Do you struggle to find the right sobriety card to send to your friend or family member that is celebrating a milestone? Sobriety Cards is a small, family-owned business in Phoenix, Arizona. These sober makers create irreverent greeting cards and gifts for people in recovery from addiction.

Meet the Makers

Meet Shannon and Michael Stephens, the real people behind Sobriety Cards. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, they started Sobriety Cards because they couldn’t find cards to recognize sobriety anniversaries that sounded like the way they actually talked. They wanted cards that were honest, blunt, and raw. So, they decided to create their own.

Sobriety Cards are known for being irreverent, cheeky, and bold. This couple is about shifting perceptions and starting conversations. They support their friends and family members suffering from the disease of addiction. Shannon and Michael aim to shine a light on the recovery journey. They aren’t perfect, but they are strong survivors that are always evolving. This desert couple is building a community that is supportive and encouraging. And they use the F-word … a lot.  And that’s okay because getting and staying sober is fucking hard.

Sobriety Cards Gives Back

Shannon and Michael are committed to ending the stigma around addiction and reversing the addiction crisis in the US. That’s why they support Shatterproof, a national non-profit that is focused on reducing the secrecy associated with addiction and removing the shame felt by those struggling with this disease and their families. Together we can all help change the conversation about addiction.

10% of proceeds generated by the sales of Sobriety Cards go to support the mission of Shatterproof.  You can learn more about their programs at Shatterproof.org
